The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed similar works with specific value and percentage requirements. The requirements include: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, (iii) One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. These works should have been completed during the last 07 years. Additionally, the bidder should have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed, with a cost not less than 35% of the value of the work to be executed, in the last 5 years. The value of the completed work or substantially completed work, including the Price Variation Clause (PVC) amount, shall be considered for fulfillment of technical credentials. A substantially completed work means an ongoing work where payment equal to or more than 90% of the present contract value has been made to the contractor.
