The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed or substantially completed specific categories of work during the last 07 years. These categories include: - Three similar works costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: - 30% of the advertised value of the tender for three similar works, - 40% of the advertised value of the tender for two similar works, - 60% of the advertised value of the tender for one similar work. Additionally, the bidder's average annual contractual turnover is required to be minimum of V/N or 'V' whichever is less, where V is the advertised value of the tender in crores of rupees and N is the number of years prescribed for completion of work. The average annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the three previous financial years.
