The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 (seven) years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, or (iii) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. For composite works, the bidder must have completed: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, or (iii) One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. The value of similar works completed is mentioned as 19367682.81, with a bidding value of 19367682.81 at par, and another work with a value of 634160.56, with a bidding value of 639468.15 at (-) 0.83 percent. Additionally, the bidder is required to have a minimum average annual contractual turnover, calculated as an average of "total contractual payments'' in the previous three financial years. The subcontractor must have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% value of work to be subletted, in the last 5 years, except for subletting of work costing up to a certain amount, where no previous work experience is required.
