Contract notice: scheduling, steering and coordination (o.P.C.) mission relating to the construction operation of an accommodation, training and staff accommodation building at creps dessey les nancy The services expected from the opc coordinator are divided into six technical parts (referred to in the contract as the "technical part"), to be performed separately, within the meaning of article 22 of the ccag-pi: technical part 1 - pre-operational assistancepreparation of the consultation file of the companies technical part 2 - pre-operational assistance preparation of the site technical part 3 - pre-operational assistance preparation and planning of the works technical part 4 - pre-operational and operational assistance synthesis unit technical part 5 - operational assistance execution of the works technical part 6 - operational assistancereception and delivery of worksthe project consists of the construction of: - an accommodation residence and training activities related to reception, training and high-level sport, for increased accessibility for athletes and visitors with an outdoor car park of 15 spaces including 4 disabled parking spaces, - company accommodation included in the building above with a separate entrance. the construction program includes all the work necessary for a complete installation, in working order and comfortable to use, of all the premises and outdoor facilities in the land area selected for creps. the estimated amount of the cost of works is estimated at 3,220,000.00 euro (excl. tax).
