The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully executed certain quantities during any one year of the previous five years. The quantities required are: 1. Excavation - 9681.66 Cum (30% of Tender Quantity) 2. Embankment - 46144.791 Cum (30% of Tender Quantity) 3. Cement Concrete - 124.20 Cum (30% of Tender Quantity) 4. Steel - 0.471 MT (30% of Tender Quantity) 5. Diamond Drilling - 42 RMT (30% of Tender Quantity) 6. Pitching - 1762.44 Sqm (30% of Tender Quantity) 7. Grouting - 600 bags (30% of Tender Quantity) The bidder should have a minimum annual turnover of Rs. 163.26 Lakhs, which is 75% of the annual value of the cost put to tender. The annual value is calculated as the cost put to tender divided by the time in years. The bidder should also have experience in modern technology in carrying out works like excavation, including hard rock, and concrete mixes of all types with adequate quality control aided by up-to-date testing laboratory. The bid capacity is calculated as (A x N x 2) - B, where A is the maximum value of civil engineering works executed or annual turnover in any one year during the last 5 years, N is the number of years prescribed for completion of the work, and B is the value of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed in the period stipulated for completion of the work. The required bid capacity is Rs. 435.35 Lakhs. In terms of similar works completed, the bidder should have completed and ongoing works that meet the required bid capacity, but no specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder is required to provide information about similar type of work carried out, including name of work, agreement number, amount of work done, date of completion, and concerned office of the Executive Engineer. The bidder should also provide a year-wise break-up of the work done.
