Details: Description The Bureau Of Agricultural And Fisheries Engineering (bafe) Intends To Procure The “supply, Delivery, And Installation Of Various Consolidated Ict Requirements Of Bafe For Cy 2024” With The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Of Fourteen Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (php 14,500.00) For Lot 1 And Forty Five Thousand Pesos (php 45,000.00) For Lot 2 . 2. The Bafe, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Now Invites Technically, Legally, And Financially Capable Suppliers For The Said Requirement. 3. The Procurement Procedure For This Requirement Is Negotiated Procurement - Two Failed Biddings Pursuant To Section 53.1 Of The Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of The Republic Act (r.a.) Certificate Of Warranty For The Software; And B. Sales Invoice/delivery Receipt 7. Quotation(s)/proposal(s) Shall Be Submitted At The Bafe Office, Sugar Center, Annex Ii Building Extension, North Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City. 8. Awarding Shall Be Done In One Projects Having Two (2) Lots, Which Shall Be Awarded As A Separate Contract. 9. In Case Of Two Or More Bidders Are Determined To Have Submitted The Lowest Calculated Quotation/lowest Calculated And Responsive Quotation Or Highest Rated And Responsive Quotation For Consultancy Services, The Bafe-bac Shall Employ “draw Lots” As The Tie-breaking Method To Finally Determine The Single Winning Provider In Accordance With Gppb Circular 06-2005. 10. Delivery And/or Installation Period: Sixty (60) Calendar Days Upon Receipt/conforme Of The Notice To Proceed For Lot 1 And One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days Upon Receipt/conforme Of The Notice To Proceed For Lot 2. 11. To Guarantee The Faithful Performance By The Winning Bidder Of Its Obligations Under The Contract, It Shall Post A Performance Security Within A Maximum Period Of Ten (10) Calendar Days From The Receipt Of The Notice Of Award From The Procuring Entity And In No Case Later Than The Signing Of The Contract; 12. Details: Description Request For Expressions Of Interest Infrastructure Development Engineer Component 2 Background The Government Of The Philippines (gop) Has Received A Loan From The International Bank For Reconstruction And Development (ibrd Or The “bank”), Specifically Under Loan Agreement For Ibrd Loan No. 9488-ph Dated June 25, 2023 In An Amount Equivalent To One Hundred Million United States Dollars (us$100,000,000) For The Purpose Of Part-financing The Mindanao Inclusive Agriculture Development Project (miadp). The Mindanao Inclusive Agriculture Development Project (miadp) Is A Project Of The Department Of Agriculture (da) That Aims To Sustainably Increase Agricultural Productivity, And Access Resiliency To Markets And Services Of Organized Farmer And Fisherfolk Groups In Selected Ancestral Domains And For Selected Value Chains In Mindanao. Miadp Seeks To Improve The Economic Situation Of A Select Number Of The Indigenous Communities And Further Develop The Approach And Capacity, Especially Of Local Government Units (lgus), To Continue A Program Of Support To Address The Low Incomes Due To Week Marketing Linkages And Poor Infrastructure In The Geographically Isolated Ancestral Domains (ads). Details: The Following Is A Summary Of The Statement Of Work For This Requirement. The Correctional Service Canada Has A Requirement For Professional Translation And Revision Services For Federal Institutions And Community Parole Offices In The Ontario Region. These Services Include Translation Requirements For English To French And French To English. Objectives: To Provide Translation Services To All Csc Sites Within The Ontario Region. The Contractor Must Provide Quality Linguistic Translation Services For English To French And French To English On An “as And When Requested Basis” In An Accurate And Timely Fashion. Deliverables: The Requirement Is To Translate From Written Digital Copy To Written Digital Copy Using A Digital Platform For Submissions Of Translated Documents. Scope Of Work: The Contractor Must Provide The Following Services: A. The Contractor Must Translate Various Documents Including, But Not Limited To Offender Case Management Files, Csc Correspondence, Policy Documents And Minutes Of Meetings. B. The Contractor Must Provide Translation And Revision Services For A Wide Variety Of Documents For Correctional Service Canada (csc), Particularly Documents Of A Specific Nature Such As Offender Files, Procurement Documents, And More. C. The Contractor Must Provide Three (3) Resources (individuals) Available For English To French Documents And Two (2) Resources (individuals) For French To English Documents, With A Total Of Five (5) Resources (individuals) At Any Given Time To Ensure Capacity To Process Multiple Tasks At Any Given Time. D. The Contractor Must Provide Services In Both Official Languages. Based On Past Requirements, The Majority Of The Work Will Entail Translation From English Into French. E. The Contractor Must Ensure That All Requests Are Completed With The Highest Quality Control Including Written Translation Accuracy, And Timeframes For Delivery Of Completed Work. F. The Contractor Must Ensure To The Greatest Extent Possible That Related Work Is Assigned To The Same Individuals Throughout The Contract Period To Ensure Consistency Of Style. For Example, The Translation Of A Ten (10) Chapter Manual Should Be Carried Out By The Same Individual. G. Throughout The Period Of The Contract There Will Be No Minimum Guarantee Of Service. • The Following Is An Estimated Usage Of This Requirement Per Year: English To French 700,000 Words French To English 185,000 Words H. The Contractor Must Provide The Completed Translations In Electronic Format. The Contractor Must Perform The Work Using Microsoft Office Software Programs Such As Word, Excel And Powerpoint. I. To Ensure Quality Of Translation, Csc May Submit Components Of A Deliverable For Review By The Contractor. The Contractor Must Rework Any Text Not Meeting The Translation Quality Criteria At It’s Expense. J. The Contractor Must Perform All Work In An Approved Location, Established With The Contract Security Program (csp) To Ensure The Safeguarding Of Protected Information. Details: This Contract Supports Both Usaf And Foreign Military Sales (fms) Sniper Atp, Low Altitude Navigation And Targeting Infrared For Night (lantirn) Navigation Pods And Kits, And Infrared Search And Track (irst) Pods Requirements For Production And Sustainment. The Requirements Under This Contract Are Expected To Be Predominantly In Support Of Fms. The Statutory Authority For This Requirement Permitting Other Than Full And Open Competition Is Both Far 6.302-1 -10 U.s.c. 3204(a)(1), Only One Responsible Source - No Other Supplies Or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements (for The Usaf Portion Of This Effort) And Far 6.302-4 International Agreement For The Fms Portion Of The Contract. Lockheed Martin Missiles And Fire Control (lmmfc), Cage Code04939, Is The One And Only Supplier Of The Sniper Atp, Lantirn, And Irst Systems For Production And Sustainment. the Resultant Contract Will Be Awarded As A Requirements Contract With Provisions For Firm-fixed Price (ffp), Cost-reimbursable No Fee (crnf), And Cost Plus Fixed Fee (cpff) Contract Line Items (clins).
