The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in providing manpower services to Central/State Government Departments/Public Sector Undertakings/Autonomous Bodies. The bidder should have executed at least 3 projects with a contract value of not less than 1.5 CR for each contract in the last 3 financial years. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in providing Human Resource services, with at least 300 persons at a place of Institutes/Organizations, and in total at least 500 persons in a year for at least the last 5 consecutive years. The bidder can also qualify if they have completed: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, which is 10400000; 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, which is 13000000; 3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, which is 20800000. The required prior work experience for the bidder also includes: - Three similar works, each of value not less than 4.5 crores, - Two similar works, each of value not less than 2.5 crores, - One similar work of 1.5 crores. The bidder must have experience for 3 years of providing similar type of services to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. The years of past experience required for the same/similar service is 3 years. The bidder should have satisfactory completion reports from concerned departments along with the year of execution and total project cost.
