Description Terms Of Reference One (1) Year Subscription Of Utm Security Modules For Dr Site I. Objective The Project Aims To Continue The Protection Of Sbc’s Dr Site (i.e., Virtual Servers) From External Threats Which Has An Ipsec Protocol Connection In The Head Office. If Not Secured, The Threats May Propagate In The Head Office And The Treatment Of Such Can Burden The Load Of Protection Of The Unified Threat Management Appliance Installed In The Head Office. Ii. Scope Of Work The Project Calls For The Renewal Of Unified Threat Management (utm) Security Module License For Sbc Dr Site Office. This Subscription-based License Will Be Installed In The Sophos Sg330 Firewall Appliance Deployed In The Office With One Year Subscription Period From January 2025 To 2026. Iii. Technical Specifications 1 Year Renewal Of Utm Security Modules  1 Year Subscription  To Be Deployed In The Dr Site  Network Protection (firewall), Av For Web, Content Filtering, Spyware Protection, Im/p2p Control, Intrusion Protection, Endpoint Protection And Other Included Module/s Bundled For Utm Security.  Must Be Compatible With Existing Sophos Sg330 Iv. Project Cost The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Is Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (php500,000), Inclusive Of Applicable Taxes. The Budget Will Be Taken From Itg’s Approved 2025 Budget. V. Implementation The Project Must Be Implemented By The Installation/activation Of The License To The Existing Sophos Sg330 Utm Appliance Within Thirty (30) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed (ntp). Vi. Criteria Of Evaluation The Qualified And Responsive Bidder/s Must Comply With The Technical Specifications Stated In Item No. Iii And The Bid Price Must Not Exceed The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc). Vii. Eligibility Requirements Supplier-bidder Must Be An Authorized Platinum-level Partner (or Equivalent), And Authorized Reseller/value-added Reseller Of The Brand It Is Offering. Supplier-bidder Must Submit Supporting Documents Such As Certification From The Original Manufacturer/distributor. Supplier-bidder Must Have At Least Two (2) Active And Currently Employed Support Engineers Duly Certified By The Original Manufacturer/distributor. Supplier-bidder Must Submit Supporting Documents Such As Certificate Issued To Respective Engineers. Supplier-bidder Must Have A Physical Office Or Offices In The Philippines. Supplier-bidder Must Submit Supporting Documents Such As A Valid Business Permit From The Local Government Unit (lgu) Where Its Office Is Located.
