Description Labor For The Repair And Replacement Of Roofing For Burgos Pumping Station Pump House, Silay City Water District Description Of Works: 1. Remove Damaged Or Deteriorated Roofing Materials, Including Shingles, Panels, Flashing, Insulation, And Underlayment. 2. Set Up Formwork (temporary Molds) For The Concrete Slab, Ensuring Proper Slope For Drainage And Alignment With The Building's Walls And Edges. 3. Install Steel Reinforcement (rebar Or Mesh) In The Formwork. 4. Pour The Concrete Mix Into The Formwork, Levelling, Smoothing, And Curing. 5. Install A Waterproofing Membrane Or Coating To Prevent Water Infiltration. Note: A. The Contractor Must Be A Resident Of Silay City, Negros Occidental. B. The Contractor Must Have Already Done Series Of Contracts On Civil Works C. Laborer Must Be A Resident Of Silay City, Negros Occidental. D.
