Title Of The Project: Hiring Of Three (3) Security Guards (agency Hired). Ii. Specific Agenda: It Will Serve As A Monitor Of Persons Going In And Out Of The School/protection For School Properties, Personnel, And Students. Iii. Specific Strategy: Seek Providers And Services Of Security Agencies, In Terms Of Looking After The Safety And Security Of Our Students And School Personnel As Well As School Property. Such A Security Partner Will Also Provide Insurance And Accountability With Regard To Property Loss And Damage. Iv. Rationale: To Avoid Incidents Like The Following: 1. Pupils Going Out Of The School Gate Without Informing/seeking Permission From The Class Advisers. 2. Pupils Going Out Of The School Gate During Recess Time. 3. Entry Of Sales Representative/person Who Asks For. 4. Theft/robbery Incidents. 5. Loitering Of Persons With No Business/dealings In The School. V. Objectives: To Acquire The Services Of A Security Agency That Will Provide Security Guard That Will Safeguard The School Premises And Our School Personnel And Students. An Agency That Will Coordinate With The Local Govt When Safety Factors Within The School Area Are Compromised. Vi. Methodology: Find A Legitimate Agency/person That Provides Security Services Formulate Or Draw A Contract Of Service. Vii. Target & Date: January 2025 To December 2025 Viii. Target Employment: 3 Security Personnel Terms Of Reference I. Service Warranted The Prospective Agencies Should Offer A Detailed Proposal/ Quotation Based Of The Preceding Table. Ii. Institutional Requirements The Agency Having The Winning Proposal/quotation Shall Coordinate With The School Administrative Officer. It Shall Likewise Warrant That It Shall Conform Strictly To The Terms And Conditions Of This Terms Of Reference. Iii. Remuneration And Terms Of Payment The Agency Shall Be Paid Monthly Upon The Usual Liquidation Procedure Of The Deped Division Of Cabanatuan City. Iv.
