Description 1. The Dost-science And Technology Information Institute (dost-stii), Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Invites Philgeps Registered Suppliers/contractors/consultants To Submit Quotations For The Project “procurement Of Ict Equipment” With A Total Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) In The Amount Of Five Hundred Seventy Thousand Pesos Only (php570,000.00): Procurement Of Ict Equipment: 1 Unit Interactive Digital Display 2 Units Editing Laptop See Attached Technical Specifications 2. 2. The Project Shall Be Awarded As Follow:  One Project Having Several Items That Shall Be Awarded As Separate Contract Per Item. 3. Procurement Will Be Conducted Through Negotiated Procurement – Small Value Procurement (sec. 53.9) As Prescribed Under Rule Xvi – Alternative Methods Of Procurement Of The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations Of Republic Act (r.a.) No. 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. 4. Suppliers/contractors Shall Submit Their Quotations On Or Before 10 July 2024, 5:00 P.m. Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement (gppb Prescribed Form) 6. The Dost-stii Reserves The Right To Waive Any Formality In The Responses To The Eligibility Requirements And To This Invitation. Dost-stii Further Reserves The Right To Reject Any And All Proposals, Or Declare A Failure Of Bidding, Or Not Award The Contract, And Makes No Assurance That The Contract Shall Be Entered Into As A Result Of This Invitation Without Thereby Incurring Any Liability In Accordance With Republic Act (ra) No. 9184 And Its Implementing Rules And Regulations. 7. The Supplier/creditor/payee Shall Be Paid Using The Advice To Debit Account (ada). The Supplier/creditor/payee Without Current/savings Account (ca/sa) With Any Branch Of The Same Government Servicing Bank (gsb) Of Dost-stii (i.e. Lbp), Shall Shoulder The Cost Of Transferring Fee/bank Charges From Dost-stii Gsb To Non-gsb (i.e. Lbp To Bdo, Bpi, Pnb, Ew, Etc.)
