School District 62 Sooke Tender

School District No. 62 Sooke (“the Owner”/”the District”) Is Seeking Proposals For Consultant Services To Develop Specific Sections Of A Project Definition Report (pdr) For A New Secondary School. 1.2 The District Is Seeking Proposals For The Following: A) A Fixed Cost For The “scope Of Work” As Outlined In The Request For Proposal (rfp) For The Development Of Expansion Options, Comparison Of Options And Project Schedule To Include In The District’s Project Definition Report (pdr); And B) If The Pdr Is Approved By The Ministry Of Education And Child Care, A Percentage Based Fee For Contract Administration And Consulting Services To Lead The Design Build Shadow Team (organized By The District), Through The Execution Of Construction Delivery For This Project. This Fee Is To Be Inclusive Of All Costs Associated With The Development Of A Statement Of Requirements To Meet The Needs Of The District As Well As All Sub-consultant Fees.
