The tiled floors and walls in the sanitary areas are retained as the sanitary areas were only renewed a few years ago. The walls remain largely intact. To create the compartments, some wall breakthroughs will be made, and some hallway walls will be demolished. The acoustic ceilings are all removed and will be replaced.
