The listed administration buildings 2-3 (vg) were built in several construction phases in 1886, 1892, 1900, 1934, 1950 and 1956. The construction of Vg 2-3 is characterized by 2 to 3 floors in solid construction, brick masonry (red clinker), wooden beam ceilings, reinforced concrete ceilings in some areas and roof trusses as a wooden construction, although no basement was planned for the buildings. Vg 2-3 mainly contain classrooms and specialist rooms. From the original interior, floor coverings made of ashlar, clinker and parquet as well as concrete foundations from wartime, wall tiles, straw plaster ceilings and some doors or door frames from the construction period can be preserved in some areas. Wall paintings from the construction period on the walls of the main staircase and hallways on the first and second floors have already been restored in accordance with monument standards. For the purpose of renovation, the school operations will be outsourced in sections from the beginning of March of the year 2024. The renovation will take place in two construction phases during ongoing operations. The respective parts of the building will be relocated to the newly built Hamburg class house. Expected sequence of construction phases: 2.ba - Vg3 and 3.ba - Vg2. The renovation measures are scheduled to be completed by 2025.
