This Request For Proposals (the “rfp”) Is An Invitation By The Saskatchewan Power Corporation (“saskpower”) To Prospective Proponents To Submit Proposals For The Provision Of The Y1b-ldf Facility Modification –138 Kv As Further Described In The Rfp Particulars (appendix A) (the “ Work”). This Project Consists Of Constructing A New 138kv Line (approximately 1 Km) As Well As Salvage Of The Old 138kv Line Located Near The Louis Dreyfuss Processing Plant In Yorkton, Sk.  The Project Is Designed To 90% And A Full Ifc Will Be Issued To The Successful Proponent. Optional Site Meeting: (see Rfp For More Details)  There Will Be An Optional Site Meeting At Louis Dreyfus Security Booth At The Main Entrance, 500 Sully Ave, Yorkton, Sk, S3n 3x3 On March 5, 2024 @ 10:00 Am Cst (time).  Maximum Number Of Attendees Per Proponent Attending The Site Meeting Will Be Two (2). Confirmation Of The Number Of Attendees Is Required To Be Sent To The Rfp Contact No Later Than February 27, 2024, 3:00 P.m. Central Standard Time.  If Confirmation Of Attendance Is Not Received By The Rfp Contact On Or Before This Date And Time, Attendees May Not Be Allowed On Site.  Ppe Required Including Csa Approved Hi-vis Clothing, Safety Glasses, Hard Hat And Safety Footwear. Confirmed Attendees Will Be Advised Of Any Additional Requirements They Must Comply With To Access The Site.
