The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having experience in civil engineering constructions, specifically in earthwork, hard rock excavation, and concrete works. The bidder should have a minimum annual financial turnover of Rs. 387.73 lacs in any one year over the last five years. The bidder should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of similar works with a value of at least 40% of the proposed contract, which is Rs. 310.18 lacs. The substantially completed works should be at least 90% completed. Additionally, the bidder should have carried out specific minimum quantities of main items, including supplying and installing gabion mattresses (2860 Sq.m) and providing and laying plain/reinforced cement concrete lining (23130 Sq.m). The bidder is also required to provide details of work performed as a prime contractor or nominated sub-contractor, including project name, name of the employer, description of work, contract number, value of contract, date of issue of work order, stipulated period of completion, and actual date of completion. The bidder should provide quantities of work executed, including earthwork and concrete works, with specific units and total quantities done during the last five years. The value of similar works completed should be provided in the following formats: Total value of civil engineering constructions works performed in the last five years (in Rs. Lakhs), Value of contract (in Rs. Crore), and Total quantities done during the last five years (in Rs. lacs). The available bid capacity is calculated as (A*N*2-B), where A is the maximum value of works executed in any one year during the last five years, B is the value of existing commitments and ongoing works, and N is the number of years prescribed for completion of the works. The bidder's available bid capacity at the expected time of bidding should be more than the total estimated cost of the works. The bidder should undertake to invest a minimum cash up to 25% of the value of the work during implementation of the contract.
