Description 1 Lot Preventive Maintenance Of Sandiganbayan Centennial Building For Four (4) Units Mitsubishi Elevator For Twelve (12) Months (july 2024-june 2025) Scope Of Work: A. Examine Four (4) Units Of Passenger Elevator Once A Month (during Normal Working Hours Between 8:00 A.m. To 4:30 P.m. Mondays To Fridays) In Accordance With Good Practice And Any Local Or Statutory Regulations Existing At The Date Of This Agreement; B. Provide The Services Of Qualified Elevator Servicemen For The Purpose Of Examining The Elevator Units, Oiling And Cleaning Of The Machines, Greasing And Oiling Of All Bearings And Guides Making The Necessary Minor Adjustments And Examine Periodically All Safety Devices And Governors And Make The Customary Safety Tests; C. Provide 24/7 Callback Service To Commence Upon Approval Of This Contract; D. Provide All Cleaning Materials, Necessary, Grease And Lubricants And Replacement Parts, As Applicable, And E. Recommend And Propose Parts For Repairs And/or Replacement, As Necessary. Abc: Php318,000.00 1. Terms Of Payment: Payment Shall Be Made After Delivery, Inspection And Acceptance Of The Items. 2.
