Tenders are invited for Training and consultancy companies for the requirement of women’s literacy and agribusiness trainings. Scope of Work: The Company shall complete 396 Trainer Days1 of women’s agribusiness andliteracy trainings. o A Trainer Day consists of the following: 1 Trainer 8 Hours Two groups of 10 women each We estimate that those 396 Trainer day will be accomplished by 4 or 5 trainer, depending the periods, working five days a week for about 100 days Agribusiness refers to the utilization of household agriculture and/or livestock to generate income opportunities The 360 women will be divided into 36 groups of 10 women. The first cycle of groups (18) will be conducted June-August 2021 and the second cycle of groups (18) will be conducted September-November 2021. Training groups will participate in one of three technical training tracks: dairy production, hatchery management, food processing. The Company will be responsible to develop curriculum for each training track using SPI-provided guidance and detailed outlines. The three training tracks will consist of 22 total sessions ( one session being one group of 10 woman meeting during about 4 hours )
