Description Invitation To Bid For The Supply And Delivery Of Brass Water Meter 1/2" For Insurance Spare 1. The Sagay Water District, Through The 2023 Corporate Budget By The Swd Board Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱ 1,200,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of Brass Water Meter 1/2" For Insurance Spare. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Sagay Water District Now Invites Bids For The Supply And Delivery Of Brass Water Meter 1/2" For Insurance Spare. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Fifteen (15) Calendar Days From Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Single Largest Completed Contract (slcc) Similar To The Project, Equivalent To At Least 50% Of The Abc. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
