The required prior work experience for the bidder varies by position: - Road Manager: 2 years - Site Engineer: 2 years - Bridge Engineer: 5 years (if the length of the bridge is more than 15m) - Works Supervisor: 3 years The bidder must have experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last five years. The bidder must have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of 60% of the amount put to bid, with at least 50% of which being from civil engineering construction works.
