The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: * Having experience and resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individual contracts. * Completing works in the last five financial years, with a maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during this period. * Having available bid capacity calculated based on the assessed available bid capacity (ANMB), which takes into account the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five financial years. Regarding the value and percentage of similar works completed: * The bidder must have completed works with a value of at least 50% of the qualifying criteria. * Each partner in a Joint Venture (JV) must have completed works with a value of at least 25% of the qualifying criteria. * The JV must collectively satisfy the requirements of the criteria, with the relevant figures for each partner added together to arrive at the JV's total capacity, which must be 100% or more. Additionally, the bidder should have prior work experience as a prime contractor or subcontractor on construction works of a similar nature and value over the last five years, with certificates from the concerned employer or client. The bidder should also provide information on the turnover and civil construction works performed for each of the last five years, including the monetary values of the works.
