The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having prior work experience as a prime contractor on construction works of a similar nature and volume over the last five years preceding the year in which bids are invited. Specifically, for certain positions, the required experience is as follows: - Project Manager: 5 years of experience for tender amounts more than 0.5 cr and up to 2.5 cr. - Graduate Engineer: 2 years of experience for tender amounts more than 2.5 Cr and up to 5 Cr, and 1 year of experience for tender amounts more than 5 Cr. - Diploma Engineer: 3 years of experience for tender amounts more than 0.5 cr and up to 2.5 cr, 1 year of experience for tender amounts more than 2.5 Cr and up to 5 Cr, and 2 years of experience for tender amounts more than 5 Cr. - Technicians: No specific years of experience mentioned. The bidder must have satisfactorily completed at least one work of similar nature with a value of not less than 1/3rd of the estimated value of work tendered, with a completion rate of not less than 90% as a prime contractor or duly authorized sub-contractor by the Employer.
