The bidder should have experience in similar nature of work, i.e., construction of check Dam/ Weir/ Barrage across rivers, undertaken during the last five financial years. The required prior work experience includes a total number of years of experience in civil construction work, with a list of similar works executed during the last 5 years. The value of similar work experience should be not less than 30% of the estimated value of the bid. The bidder should provide documentary evidence from the client certifying that the work has been completed to the extent of a value equal to 30% of the estimated value of the bid. The bidder's experience in similar works should be of a value not less than Rs. ……….. (Rupees………..), which is 30% of the estimated value of the bid. The bidder should indicate actual figures of cost and amounts for the work executed by them. Additionally, the bidder should have an annual turnover from all classes of engineering work contracts of not less than 40% of the estimated cost in any one financial year during the last five financial years.
