The required prior work experience for the bidder includes the completion of similar nature of works worth 75% of the estimated cost put to tender during any three financial years taken together of the last preceding five years. The bidder should have a total financial turnover in respect of Civil Engineering works of an amount not less than the amount put to tender during any three financial years taken together of the last preceding five financial years. The values of similar works completed are as follows: - Year 1: FY: 2019-20: Rs. 1.61 lakhs - Year 2: FY: 2020-21: Rs. 1.46 lakhs - Year 3: FY: 2021-22: Rs. 1.33 lakhs - Year 4: FY: 2022-23: Rs. 1.21 lakhs - Year 5: FY: 2023-24: Rs. 1.10 lakhs The percentage of similar works completed is 75% of the estimated cost put to tender. The bidder needs to provide details of works for which bids have been finalized in their favor and works that are yet to be completed, including the value of the contract, actual date of completion, value of work already executed, and value of works remaining to be completed.
