The required prior work experience for the bidder includes work completed as a prime Contractor on construction works of a similar nature and volume over the last three years, with a value of at least 1.3 (in Rs. Lakhs). The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least 48.42 M Length of single bridge work, which is a minimum of 50% of the bridge length of the tender invited. In case of Pile/Well foundation work, the bidder should have completed at least 20.10 M (50% of Total Pile Length) of Well Sinking/piling work. The bidder should have completed similar works with a minimum value or percentage, including 50% of the bridge length of the tender invited and 50% of Total Pile Length. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved a minimum financial turnover of at least Rs 627.73 Lac (one and a half times the estimated cost of the project) in any one year. The bidder should provide proof of completion of similar works during the last 5 years, along with the list of similar works in hand, and a certificate of completion of similar works, duly signed by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the issuing Department. The bidder should also provide details of works in progress or contractually committed with certificates from the concerned officer of the minimum rank of Nodal/Executive Engineer or equivalent.
