Eligibility requirements: 1. Experience Criteria: - Years of Past Experience Required for same/similar service: 3 Years - The bidder should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 10% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. - The bidder should have experience of undertaking similar work in the last three years. - The bidder should have experience of similar class of work completed. 2. Past Performance: - The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 10% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. - 10% of past performance is required. Technical certification required by bidder to participate in this tender: 1. ISO 9001 2. ISO 14001 3. FSC 4. GMP 5. ISO 27001 6. ISO 45001 7. OEM Authorization Certificate 8. BIS registration of the supplied stores to the IS 13252 Part 1 (2010) 9. Security testing report for CCTV/VSS issued by Standardization Testing and Quality Certification (STQC) Laboratory or any other agency notified by Meity. 10. Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)
