Bid Capacity

* Possession of Tools & Plants and machineries as per the requirement in Schedule-C, with a minimum of 80% marks to be obtained.
* List of plants and equipments, including Major Hot Mix Plant, Wet Mix Plant, Paver Finisher, Vibratory Roller, Tandem Roller, Concrete Mixer, Truck / Tipper, Hydraulic Excavator, Water Tanker, Generator, Needle Vibrator, Plate Vibrator, and Centering Shuttering Materials.
* Certificate by the Superintending Engineer / Executive Engineer under whom the machineries/equipments are deployed as per Annexure-III of Schedule-C.
* Time Schedule for movement of equipments / machineries available with the tenderer from one site to work site as per Annexure-IV of Schedule-C.
* Formulas for evaluating similar nature of works:
- Three Similar nature of works costing together not less than the 90% cost of the project.
- Two Similar nature of works costing together not less than the 80% cost of the project.
- One Similar nature of work costing not less than the 50% cost of the project.
* Formulas for price adjustment:
- VM = 0.85 x Pm/ 100 x R x (M1-M0)/ M0
- VC = 0.85 x PC/100 x R x (C1-C0)/ C0
- Vs = 0.85 x Ps/100 x R x (S1-S0)/ S0
* Formula for Additional Performance Security:
- Below 5%, No Additional Performance Security
- From 5% and above and below 10%, 50% of (Difference between estimated cost put to tender and Bid Amount)
- From 10% and above, 150% of (Difference between estimated cost put to tender and Bid Amount)
Technical Capacity
The required prior work experience for the bidder includes:
- Three similar nature of works costing together not less than 90% of the cost of the project
- Two similar nature of works costing together not less than 80% of the cost of the project
- One similar nature of work costing not less than 50% of the cost of the project
The bidder should have completed a total value of civil engineering construction work in the last five financial years.
The values and percentages mentioned are:
- 90% of the project cost for three similar works
- 80% of the project cost for two similar works
- 50% of the project cost for one similar work
- Rs.3.00 Crore for works costing more than this amount.
Additionally, the bidder's work experience will be evaluated based on the total value of civil engineering construction work performed in the last five years.
The bidder needs to provide details of similar projects executed and in progress, including contract price, items of work, and dates of starting and completion.
The bidder also needs to provide information on existing commitments and ongoing works, including contract number, value of the contract, stipulated period of completion, and value of works remaining to be completed.
The bidder is required to have prior work experience in construction of Road Works, with specific details to be furnished.
The Criteria of Similar nature of work includes:
