The bidder is required to have work experience as a prime contractor on construction works of a similar nature and volume over the last three years, with a value of 1.3 (in Rs. Lakhs). Additionally, the bidder should have completed works with a minimum of 50% of the total pile length for pile/well foundation work. The bidder should also have satisfactorily completed, as a prime Contractor, at least 14.75 M Length of single bridge work (minimum 50% of the bridge length of tender invited) in the last five years. Furthermore, the bidder should have experience in works of similar nature and size for each of the last five years. The bidder should have achieved a minimum financial turnover of at least Rs. 333.683 Lac in any one year in the last five years. The bidder should also have completed a minimum of 50% of the bridge length of the tender invited. The available bid capacity for construction work should be equal to or more than the total bid value, and the bidder should have an annual turnover certified by a Chartered Accountant for the last five financial years of civil works. The bidder should be able to invest a minimum of cash up to 10% as defined in the ITB. The bidder should provide proof of completion of similar works during the last 5 years, with a list of similar works in hand in the prescribed formats, duly signed by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the issuing Department. The bidder should also provide information on the current litigant cases, if any, and an affidavit for non-engagement of related persons and retired government personnel. The bidder should submit a list of works for which bids have already been submitted and proof of availability of major items of the contractor's machinery. The bidder should also submit a duly filled-in and digitally signed Bill of Quantity (BoQ) and an undertaking for the validity of the bid for 180 days. The bidder should provide a scanned copy of a certificate for availability of credit facility for 10% of the tendered/BoQ amount from any scheduled bank/nationalized bank in the prescribed format. The bidder should have executed a total monetary value of civil construction works for each of the last five years. The bidder should provide details of the technical personnel proposed to be employed for the Contract, having the qualifications defined in the bidding documents.
