The class eligibility requirements to bid or participate in this tender are as follows: - "8" class contractor for estimated cost above Rs. 20 lakhs & upto Rs. 3 crore - "A" class contractor for estimated cost above Rs. 1.00 Crore and within 20.00 Crore - "Special" class contractor for estimated cost more than Rs. 6.00 Crore and within 50.00 Crore.

Assessed Available Bid Capacity = (A * N * 2) - B Where: A = Maximum value of Civil Engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to the current price level) B = Value of current price level of the existing commitments & ongoing works to be completed during the next years N = Number of years prescribed for completion of the work for which the bids are invited The value of N is determined as follows: - For work completion period less than one year, N = 1 - For work completion period from 1 year to 18 months, N = 1.5 - For work completion period from 18 months to 2 years, N = 2 The bid capacity should be more than the Estimated cost of the work. The conditions for the bid capacity are: (i) Similar Nature of work: 75% of the estimated cost put to tender during any three financial years taken together (starting from 2019-20 to 2023-24) excluding the current financial year 2024-25. (ii) Annual turnover: Minimum requirement of annual turnover of Civil construction works @ 200% of annual payment of the work put to tender. (iii) The total financial turnover in respect of civil engineering works of an amount not less than the amount put to tender during any three financial year taken together of the last preceding five financial years starting from 2018-19 to 2022-23 excluding the current financial year.
