The required prior work experience for the bidder includes road works, bridge works, building works, irrigation works, and other similar projects. The bidder needs to have completed or substantially completed projects with a certain amount and percentage of similar works. For road works, the bidder needs to have completed projects with a value of 90% of the component, with 5% of the component being the minimum value. For bridge works, the bidder needs to have completed projects with a value of 90% of the component, with 5% of the component being the minimum value. For building works, the bidder needs to have completed projects with a value of 90% of the component, with 5% of the component being the minimum value. For irrigation works, the bidder needs to have completed projects with a value of 90% of the component for structural work and earth, canal, and embankment work, with 5% of the component being the minimum value. For pipeline work and sewer line work, the bidder needs to have completed projects with a value of 70% of the pipe component and 20% of the machinery and other material component. The minimum value of the project for availing the incentive clause is as follows: - Building work/PH work: Rs. 40.00 lakhs - Road work: Rs. 3.00 crores - Irrigation work: Rs. 10.00 crores The bidder should have executed works worth 50% of the estimated cost put to tender, executed during any 3 financial years taken together of the last preceding 8 years. The bidder needs to provide a certificate from an officer not below the rank of Superintending Engineer or equivalent officer, and also provide year-wise expenditure incurred for each project, with a break-up of the amount in rupees (in lakhs). The bidder also needs to provide reasons for delay in starting or completion of the project, if any.
