The bidder is required to have prior work experience as a prime contractor on construction works of a similar nature and volume over the last three years. Specifically, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed, as a prime Contractor, at least 17.13 M Length of single bridge work, with a minimum of 50% of the bridge length of the tender invited. In case of Pile/Well foundation work, the bidder should have experience of Well Sinking / piling, with 50% of the total pile length completed. The bidder should also have completed works outside of a specific state, with a relative Registration Certificate. The value of the works completed should be taken into account to determine the bidder's available bid capacity. The bidder should have achieved a minimum financial turnover of at least Rs 336.02 Lac in any one year in the last five years. The bidder is also required to submit a list of similar works completed in the last 5 years, with a certificate from an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer. A scanned copy of the certificate for availability of credit facility for 10% of the tendered/BoQ amount from any scheduled bank/nationalized bank should also be submitted. The bidder must also provide an undertaking that they are able to invest a minimum of cash up to 10% as defined in the ITB.
