The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having a maximum annual financial turnover of at least 101.00 Lakhs in any one year during the last five years. They should have satisfactorily completed during the last five years as a prime contractor of at least one similar work of value not less than 80% of the amount put to tender or at least two similar works of value not less than 50% of the amount put to tender or at least three similar works of value not less than 40% of the amount put to tender at 2023-24 price level. The bidder should have executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of work: 163.000 CUM of GSB/WBM, 101.000 CUM of D.L.C, 203.000 CUM of PCC M-30, and 930.000 SQM of PAVING BLOCKS, which is approximately 30% of the tendered quantity. The bidder needs to provide details of the work done in the last five years, including the tender cost and the total cost of work executed. The financial turnover and cost of completed works of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year based on Rupee value to bring them to 2023-24 price level. The bidder is required to have prior work experience in similar type and magnitude of works, with details to be furnished for the last five years, including the name of the work, name and address of the organization for whom the work was done, place and country, agreement number and date, date of commencement, tendered cost, total cost of work done, and actual date of completion. The bidder should provide documentary proof of work in hand and work tendered for, as well as documentary proof of similar type and magnitude of works completed, and documentary proof of technical personnel. The required percentage of similar works completed is 80% of the amount put to tender for one similar work, 50% for two similar works, and 40% for three similar works. The amount of similar works completed should be at least the specified percentages of the amount put to tender. The bidder should also provide a statement showing the quantities of work executed during the last five years, along with the agreement number, quantity of work performed, and remarks, with a multiplying factor for updating costs for each year ranging from 1.10 to 1.61.
