The bidder is required to have prior work experience as a prime contractor on construction works of a similar nature and volume. Specifically, they must have completed at least 1.3 times the work as a prime contractor in the same name and style over the last three years from the tendered financial year. They must have also completed at least 19.38 M length of single bridge work, with a minimum of 50% of the bridge length of the tender invited. In case of Pile/Well foundation work, they must have completed at least 50% of the total pile length. The bidder's available bid capacity for construction work should be equal to or more than the total bid value, calculated based on the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years. They should also have a credit facility of 10% of the Tendered/BoQ Amount from any Scheduled bank/Nationalised bank. The bidder should have achieved a minimum financial turnover of at least Rs 409.43 Lac (one and a half times the estimated cost of the project) in any one year in the last five years. They should have satisfactorily completed at least 19.38 M Length of single bridge work (minimum 50% of the bridge length of the tender invited) as a prime contractor in the last five years. The value of similar works completed should be at least Rs 409.43 Lac in any one year in the last five years, and the percentage of similar works completed is 50% of the bridge length of the tender invited.
