The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: * Work completed as a prime contractor on construction works of a similar nature and volume over the last three years, with a value of at least 1.3 (in Rs. Lakhs). * Satisfactorily completed, as a prime contractor, at least 12.68 M Length of single bridge work (minimum 50% of the bridge length of tender invited). * In case of Pile/Well foundation work, Well Sinking/piling of at least 55.20 (50% of Total Pile Length). The percentage of similar works completed mentioned is 50% of the bridge length of tender invited and 50% of Total Pile Length. The amount mentioned is 12.68 M Length of single bridge work and 55.20 (in terms of pile length). Additionally, the bidder should have achieved a minimum financial turnover of at least Rs. 313.393 Lac in any one year. The bidder should also have experience in works of similar nature and size for each of the last five years, with a total monetary value of civil construction works performed for each of the last five years. The bidder should provide details of similar nature of works executed, including information on the value and percentage of similar works completed. The bidder should provide proof of completion of similar works during the last 5 years, with a list of similar works in hand, and a list of works for which bids have already been submitted. The bidder's available bid capacity for construction work should be equal to or more than the total bid value. The assessed available bid capacity is calculated based on the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years, and the number of years prescribed for completion of the works. The bidder should also have a credit facility of 10% of the tendered/BoQ amount from any scheduled bank/nationalized bank. The bidder should provide information on the "Total annual volume of civil engineering construction work executed and payments received in the last five years preceding the year in which bids are invited" (Last five years). The bidder should provide details of works in progress or contractually committed with certificates from the concerned officer of the minimum rank of Nodal/Executive Engineer or equivalent.
