The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having a Site Engineer with a B.E. (Civil) degree or a Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum field experience. For Graduate Engineers, two B.E. (Civil) or equivalent degree holders with five years of experience in similar works are required. For Diploma Holders, at least four Diploma holders in Civil Engineering with at least two years of experience in similar works are required. The bidder should have completed satisfactorily building work with a value of not less than 50% of the estimate value under a single agreement in any one of the preceding three years in Government or Quasi Government Organizations. The value of similar works completed should be more than Rs.150.00 lakhs under a single agreement. The annual financial turnover of the bidder in each of the preceding three years should be more than 50% of the Tender Value, and the minimum cumulative financial turnover in the past three financial years should be 150% of the Tender Value. The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is 1% of the value put to tender, amounting to Rs. 2,59,000. The bidder is required to have prior work experience in similar building works costing more than Rs.150.00 lakhs under a single agreement completed in the preceding three years. The details of similar building works are to be provided, including the type and nature of work, location, value of work, agreement number, stipulated period of contract, date of commencement and completion of work, and actual value of work executed. The bidder should have been in the Civil Engineering Construction field for at least the past three years and should have completed works similar to the one being tendered, with a value of not less than 50% of the estimate value under a single agreement in any one of the preceding three years in Government or Quasi Government Organizations.
