The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed a single work of at least Rs. 1,61,26,000 under a single agreement in any one of the preceding three years. The bidder should have completed works of similar nature and magnitude with a value of 161.26 LAKHS under a single agreement in the preceding three years. Additionally, the bidder should have completed works of similar nature costing at least 50% of the value of the work put to tender in a single contract within the last three years period. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one road work of similar nature with a value of not less than Rs.161.26 Lakh under a single agreement in any one of the preceding three years. The minimum annual financial turnover of the applicant should be more than Rs.161.26 Lakh in any one of the preceding three years, and the minimum cumulative financial turnover of the applicant should be not less than Rs. 4,83,78,000 from civil engineering constructions in the last three years. The required prior work experience for the bidder varies based on the contract value. For contracts valued above Rs.10.00 lakhs and up to Rs.25.00 lakhs, the bidder should have one B.E. (Civil) or equivalent degree holder with 3 years' experience in Civil Engineering works or not less than one Retired Subdivisional Officer plus one Diploma holder in Civil Engineering. For contracts valued above Rs.25.00 lakhs and up to Rs.50.00 lakhs, the bidder should have one B.E. (Civil) or equivalent degree holder with 3 years of experience in Civil Engineering works or not less than one Retired Subdivisional Officer (Assistant Executive Engineer or Assistant Divisional Engineer) plus two Diploma holders in Civil Engineering. For contracts valued above Rs.50.00 lakhs, the bidder should have one B.E. (Civil) or equivalent degree holder with three years of experience or not less than one retired Assistant Executive Engineer/ Assistant Divisional Engineer, and one B.E. (Civil) or equivalent degree holder, and one more diploma holder in Civil Engineering. The percentage of similar works completed is 50% of the value of the work put to tender. The amount for similar works completed is Rs. 161.26 LAKHS.
