The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - For works valued above Rs.10.00 lakhs and up to Rs.25.00 lakhs: One B.E., (Civil) or equivalent Degree holder with 3 years’ experience in Civil Engineering works or not less than one Retired Subdivisional Officer plus one Diploma holder in Civil Engineering. (or) Two Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering with 3 years and 5 years experience respectively. - Above Rs.25.00 lakhs and up to Rs.50.00 lakhs: One B.E., (Civil) or equivalent Degree holder with 3 years experience in Civil Engineering works or not less than one Retired Subdivisional Officer (Assistant Executive Engineer or Assistant Divisional Engineer) plus two Diploma holders in Civil Engineering or two retired Junior Engineers. (or) not less than one Retired Subdivisional Officer (Assistant Executive Engineer or Assistant Divisional Engineer) plus one more BE (Civil) or equivalent Degree holder. - Above Rs. 50.00 lakhs: One B.E. (Civil) or equivalent degree holder with three years experience or not less than one Retired Subdivisional Officer (Assistant Executive Engineer or Assistant Divisional Engineer). The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one road work of similar nature with a value not less than Rs.132.67 Lakh under a single agreement in any one of the preceding “Three” years. The value of similar works completed should be at least 50% of the value of the work put to tender, in a single contract within the last three years period. However, the exact amount is not specified. Additionally, the bidder should have completed similar works with a value of 132.67 LAKHS under a single agreement in the preceding three years. The bidder should also have a minimum annual financial turnover of more than Rs.132.67 Lakh in any one of the preceding “Three” years, and a minimum cumulative financial turnover of not less than Rs.397.99 Lakh from civil engineering constructions in the last three years. The bidder is required to have access to or availability of credit facilities to meet their working capital requirements and should be able to invest a minimum of 30% of the contract price of works during the implementation of works. The Site Engineer should have specific experience: - For contracts above Rs.10.00 lakhs and up to Rs.25.00 lakhs, the Site Engineer should have 3 years' experience in Civil Engineering works. - For contracts above Rs.25.00 lakhs and up to Rs.50.00 lakhs, the Site Engineer should have 3 years' experience in Civil Engineering works. - For contracts above Rs. 50.00 lakhs, the Site Engineer should have 3 years' experience in Civil Engineering works.
