The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one road work of similar nature with a value not less than Rs.114.80 Lakh under a single agreement in any one of the preceding three years. The bidder should also have a minimum annual financial turnover of more than Rs. 114.80 Lakh in any one of the preceding three years and a minimum cumulative financial turnover of not less than Rs.344.40 Lakhs from civil engineering constructions in the last three years. The bidder should have been in the Civil Engineering Construction field for at least the past five years and completed satisfactorily at least one road work of similar nature with a value not less than 50% of the value put to tender, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), under a single agreement in any one of the preceding three years in Government or Quasi Government Organizations only. The annual minimum financial turnover of the bidder should be more than 50% of the estimated value, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), for which the bid has been invited. The bidder should have a minimum cumulative financial turnover of 150% of the estimated value, including the Goods and Services Tax (GST), of works for which the bid has been invited from civil engineering constructions in the last three years. Specific values mentioned are: - Single work (50%): 114.80 lakhs - Minimum financial turnover (50%) in any one of the preceding "Three" years: 114.80 lakhs - Minimum cumulative financial turnover (150%) in the last "Three" years: 344.40 lakhs The bidder should have a Site Engineer with B.E., (Civil) Degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma holders in Civil Engineering with minimum field experience. Graduate Engineers should have at least three years of experience.
