Rooftop Housing Association Limited (rooftop) Is Looking For A Service Provider To Provide The Following Services: • Annual Lightning Protection Servicing Repairs • Annual Mansafe Servicing • Electronic Service Records • Remedial Repairs That Arise From The Servicing • Provision For Surge Protection If Found When Doing The Inspection • Lightning Protection Risk Assessments On Buildings (optional) Please Note: Rooftop May Wish To Appoint More Than One Service Provider For These Services. Contract Term Is 5 Years With An Option To Extend For A Further 3 Years.
