The bidder should have completed similar works with a total value, and should provide a certificate from the engineer-in-charge for the completed works. The amount involved is 25 percent of the value of the contract or contracts applied for, and the percentage of similar works completed is at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract, with substantially completed works being at least 90 percent completed.
