The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having achieved a minimum annual financial turnover in any one year, over the last five years, of the annual value of contract/applied for. The bidder should also have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of similar work of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years, with the value of the similar work being at least Rs. 300.35Lacs. Substantially completed works mean those works which are at least 90 % completed as on the date of submission. For ongoing works, the bidder should have completed at least 80% of the original contract price and be continuing satisfactorily. The bidder should provide information on work performed, including projects of a similar nature, value of the contract, and quantities of work executed.
