The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in civil engineering constructions, specifically in highway (road and/or bridge works) or airport runway. The bidder should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of similar work with a value of at least 40 percent of the proposed contract within the last five years. The works should be at least 90 percent completed. The value and percentage of similar works completed are: - 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract - 90 percent completion of substantially completed works - 50 percent of all criteria for the lead partner in a joint venture - 30 percent of the qualifying criteria for other joint venture partners. The bidder should provide detailed information on their prior work experience, including the value and quantity of work performed, such as: - Total value of civil engineering constructions performed in the last five years - Work performed as prime contractor, or as a nominated sub-contractor, including project name, employer, description of work, contract number, value of contract, and dates of completion. The bidder should also demonstrate having experience and resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualification criteria for each contract, with a minimum annual financial turnover of the annual value of the contract applied for, in any one year, over the last five years.
