The required prior work experience for the bidder includes information on their existing commitments and ongoing works, such as description of works, place, state, contract number, name and address of the employer, value of the contract, stipulated period of completion, and value of works remaining to be completed. Additionally, the bidder should provide information on their experience in similar work, including the value of the sub-contract and the name and address of the sub-contractor. The bidder should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of Frame structure building work of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. Substantially completed works mean those works which are at least 90% completed, with a gross value of work done up to the last date of submission being 90% or more of the original contract price. The value and percentage of similar works completed should be at least 90% of the original contract price. The bidder should provide a certificate from the employer to support this claim, incorporating clearly the name of the work, contract value, billing amount, date of commencement of works, satisfactory performance of the contractor, and any other relevant information. Specific values of similar works completed are mentioned in terms of the contract value, which should be in Rs. Cr, and the value of works remaining to be completed, also in Rs. Cr. The bidder should have completed works with a value of at least the proposed contract value, with at least 90% completion. The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of the annual value of the contract applied for in any one year over the last five years. The experience of the other joint venture partners shall be considered if it is not less than 30% of the qualifying criteria, and the lead partner shall meet not less than 50% of all criteria.
