The bidder should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of similar work, such as Furniture/interior, with a value of at least Rs. 234.63 Lacs, which is at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. Substantially completed works mean those works which are at least 90 % completed. Additionally, the bidder should have prior work experience as a prime contractor or nominated sub-contractor, with execution of all main items of work described in the bid documents, in works of a similar nature over the last five years and in the current year before the submission of the bid. The bidder should have completed works of a similar nature with a value of at least Rs. 20 lakhs in the last five years and in the current year before the submission of the bid. The bidder should also provide information on the quantities of work executed, including cement concrete, masonry, earthworks, and bituminous work, and details of the value of contracts completed. The bidder should demonstrate having experience and resources sufficient to meet the qualification criteria, including the value and percentage of similar works completed. The required percentage of similar works completed is at least 90% for substantially completed works, and the bidder should have access to liquid assets and/or credit facilities up to 25 percent of the value of the contract/contracts applied.
