The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in similar works for the proposed sub-contract and firms involved. The bidder should provide information on the value of similar works completed, as well as descriptions, drawings, and charts as necessary. Specifically, the bidder should provide information on the quantity of work performed, including cement concrete, masonry, earthworks, and bituminous work, for the last five years. The bidder should also provide a list of works completed, including project name, name of the employer, description of work, contract number, value of contract, date of issue of work order, stipulated period of completion, actual date of completion, and remarks explaining reasons for delay and work completed. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of highway (road and/or bridge works) or airport runway of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. Substantially completed works mean those works which are at least 90% completed, with a gross value of work done up to the last date of submission being 90% or more of the original contract price. The required prior work experience also includes information on the position, name, qualification, year of experience (general), and year of experience in the proposed position for key personnel, such as the Project Manager.
