The bidder should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of road works of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. Substantially completed works means those works which are at least 90% completed, with a gross value of work done up to the last date of submission being 90 % or more of the original contract price. The bidder must have personnel/Technical-Professional Experts with specific prior work experience, including: 1. Team Leader - 5 years 2. Private Licensee Surveyor-DILR- DISR Trainee - 5 years Surveyor & 1 year Licensee Surveyor 3. Computer Aided Drafting / Design Draftsman - Auto-Cad Operator - 1 year 4. Typist cum Clerks / Computer Operators at Service Provider’s office - Gujarati Typing - 1 year 5. Field Officer / Supervisor for field visits and follow-ups at various inter intra departmental issues - Ret.Talati/Revenue Expert - 1 year 6. Chartered Advocate - Legal Advisor - 2 years The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover, defined as billing for works in progress and completed in all classes of civil engineering construction works only, in any one year, over the last five years of the annual value of contract/contracts applied for. Additionally, the bidder must have an Annual Turnover of at least 50% of the tender amount in any one year of the last five financial years. The value of the similar work completed should be at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract. The works may have been executed by the applicant as a prime contractor or as a member of a joint venture or as a nominated sub-contractor. As a subcontractor, the bidder should have acquired the experience of execution of all major items of works under the proposed contract. In case a project has been executed by a joint venture, weight towards experience of the project would be given to each joint venture in proportion to their financial participation in the joint venture.
