The bidder is required to have prior work experience in works of a similar nature over the last five years and in the current year before the submission of the bid. The bidder should have completed works of a similar nature with a value of at least Rs. 20 Crore. Additionally, the bidder should have completed at least 20% of the total value of the contract in the last five years and in the current year before the submission of the bid. The bidder should have experience in similar works with a value of at least 30% of the estimated project cost and a minimum of 2 similar works completed in the last 5 years with a minimum value of 40% of the estimated project cost. The bidder must have experience in civil engineering constructions with a total value of work performed in the last five years being considered. The bidder should have completed works of a similar nature with a total value of civil engineering constructions work performed in the last five years being 20 (in Rs. Lakhs) and a percentage of similar works completed being 20%. The bidder should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of highway (road and/or bridge works) or airport runway of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years.
