The bidder is required to have prior work experience as a prime contractor or nominated sub-contractor in the last five years, with execution of all main items of work described in the bid document. The bidder should have completed works of a similar nature over the last five years. The value of similar works completed should be at least 25% of the value of the work during implementation of the contract, and the bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least 90% of the original contract price. The gross value of work done should be 90% or more of the original contract price. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of bridge works of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. Substantially completed works mean those works which are at least 90% completed. The bidder should also provide information on the quantities of work executed, including cement concrete, masonry, earthworks, and bituminous work, for the years 2019-2020, 2020-2021, 2021-2022, 2022-2023, and 2023-2024. The bidder should have a minimum annual financial turnover of the annual value of the contract applied for in any one year over the last five years. The lead partner in a joint venture must meet not less than 50 percent of all criteria, and the joint venture must collectively satisfy the criteria. The experience of other joint venture partners shall be considered if it is not less than 30 percent of the qualifying criteria.
