The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in similar works, with a value of up to INR 50 Cr. The bidder should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of highway (road and/or bridge works) or airport runway of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. The value of similar works completed should be at least 40% of the value of the proposed contract. The percentage of completion for substantially completed works should be at least 90%. Additionally, the bidder is required to provide a percentage rate tender, which includes details such as year, name of the work, name of the employer, quantity of work performed, and remarks. A percentage of 20 percent is to be applied to the value of the work not completed, representing the Employer's additional cost for completing the works.
