The bidder should have prior work experience in civil engineering constructions, specifically in highway (road and/or bridge works) or airport runway. They should have completed at least one contract of similar nature with a value of at least 40% of the proposed contract value within the last five years. The percentage of completion for substantially completed works should be at least 90%. The bidder should provide details of projects completed, including project name, employer, description of work, contract value, and dates of issue and completion of work order. The total value of civil engineering constructions work performed in the last five years should be specified. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover equivalent to the annual value of the contract applied for in any one year over the last five years. The bidder is also required to invest a minimum of 25% of the value of the work during the implementation of the contract.
